Altarock Partners acquired 1.78 Million Visa shares worth $501 Million. That's 10.34% of their entire equity portfolio (5th largest holding). The first Visa trade was made in Q4 2014. Since then Altarock Partners bought shares seven more times and sold shares on ten occasions. The stake costed the investor $346 Million, netting the investor a gain of 45% so far.
